I would venture to say that the vast majority of wordpress users don't use wordpress.com, so I can only say that this must be because they are trying to get people to use wordpress.com and buy the extra bits. Alternatively, I am currently using wordbook&lt;/a&gt; and it is doing a good job. 

For some reason, I have not been able to get facebook notes to import my blog yet.  It says it can't find the URL. Everything else that streams RSS from my website just fine, so I assume it is a problem with facepage.

Anyhow, I'd love to see this app ported to self installs.  I think the more variety, the better.</description>
