Facebook Invites Now Condensed:

My invite list/requests on my facebook homepage was getting a bit unruly and visually challenging lately.

I had not done any housekeeping in a while and the invites were piling up like newspapers, beer cans, pizza boxes & magazines from my college days.

Well facebook must have sensed that I needed a way to compact everything and make it a lot less cluttered looking. If only it was this easy in college to shove all that stuff under the couch before the girls came over.

As of this morning facebook now condenses these invite on your home page by collapsing old ones into a single link. It shows the most recent invite/request on top.

As a facebook user that gets lots of invites from developers and friends; I like this change; .

I like it because it looks like the latest requests will be at the top now, and I don’t have to scroll down 3 pages to see all the requests.

This means facebook application developers just got a little less visibility for their invites.

I can hear the facebook users somewhat rejoicing.
