I had something funny happen on my facebook profile. Facebook has gone loco. Only the top section of my profile magically went loco and thinks that it should display my information in Spanish. Ahhh… the challenges of going multi-linguistic for localization are showing. Is anyone else seeing this on other facebook profiles?

I found this Spanish language bug amusing; at least my sex was listed as masculino in Spanish. ;)

My profile in Spanglish:
facebook gone loco: spanish

haha (or should I say “jaja” as they do in Spanish chats). :)

Cheryl, if you want to change your language back, go to “Cuenta” (Account) at the top right of the screen and then choose “Configuracion de la cuenta” (Account Settings). Towards the top of the screen you will see a horizontal bar of tabs, one of which should say “Idioma” (Language). Click on that and then you’ll see a drop-down menu that says “Idioma Principal”. Click on the arrow to see the menu options and choose your preferred language. :)

If you have any other questions while traveling abroad stop by my blog (www.immersionlanguagelearning.com), I’ve got a lot of good free information on there about learning to speak Spanish and living abroad in general.
