They find my site by Googling "contact facebook", end up at my site even though it's several pages back in the SERP's, and contact me. I used to be nice and send people responses saying I'm not Facebook, directing them to the URL they need to be at. Then the number of emails like that gradually increased, and it became a one-liner saying that my site is not Facebook. Finally, I started get far too many, that I just began deleting them without responding.
