Adknowledge Announces the Acquisition of Adonomics: Facebook App Analytics Company

This acquisition extends the position of Adknowledge as the largest social advertising network. Adknowledge has previously acquired Cubics.com.
As you may know we have covered adonomics since it’s inception and have been huge fans as it give some great insights to an applications performance on facebook. We covered some of their developments here, here and here.
Brett Brewer, President of Adknowledge and a co-founder of Intermix/MySpace, explained that “the acquisition of Adonomics is one part of the continuing strategy of Adknowledge to increase its footprint in the social media space. Our plans are to aggressively grow this channel going forward,” he added.
Adonomics serves the apps developer community, investors, and the media. The Adonomics suite of monetization and measurement tools enables developers to track activity on Facebook applications. The service captures installations and user activity. As a benefit to investors, Adonomics publishes The Adonomics 100(TM), a chart on historical and present apps activity.

This tracking enables investors to compare financial valuations across Facebook applications. In addition, Adonomics provides insights into trends in the social apps space.
Adonomics is recognized as the very reliable source of information and analytics on Facebook applications. “We have always looked to Adonomics as the benchmark for Facebook application ranking. They are considered the only reliable source of data within the field,” said Dwayne Lafleur, General Manager of Social Advertising at Adknowledge. “We will continue to provide this data to the community in the same spirit as Adonomics has done in the past. Additionally, Adonomics will be able to provide the publisher community with additional tools and information as we look to merge this data within the Cubics platform.”
