Loud Rumor University Review 2019 – Mike Arce, Real Deal?

Did you know that Facebook has more than two billion active users?

That’s roughly a quarter of the people on the entire planet.  Really!

When you look at it that way, it seems foolish to overlook the platform as a way to reach customers.  Even when people complain about Facebook—look at where they’re doing it—on Facebook!

In the end, we all use Facebook for the same reason.  Facebook is where everyone is.  It’s how we keep up with faraway family, find out what your former coworker had for dinner, and which of your classmates have more kids than they know what to do with.

It’s also the best place to reach buyers—IF you know what you’re doing.

If you don’t, bad branding on Facebook can do more harm than good.

That’s one of the many things I learned from Mike Arce and Loud Rumor University.

Who is Mike Arce?

Mike is a lot of things—a coach, a speaker, an entrepreneur, and an author.

Arce is also a fan of fitness.  His own physical and mental fitness are key pursuits for him, and figure largely in his work.

Mike Arce is also a podcaster, and a sought-after commenter.  He’s been hired by groups like IDEA, the Better Business Bureau, Business Rockstars, Local First, ASBA, and more.

While Mike’s own work focuses on fitness and wellness businesses, his techniques are applicable in any industry.

Arce is also the founder and CEO of Loud Rumor University.

What is Loud Rumor University?  Why should I go there?

The best thing about Loud Rumor University is that you don’t have to go anywhere.  The lessons are taught as a series of videos you can stream or download.  Watch in your kitchen while sipping coffee.  Watch on the bus or train, in a coffee shop, or on your phone in bed.

If you’re already great with Facebook ads and don’t need any help, this is probably not the class for you.  But what if:

–Facebooks ad purchase screens are confusing to you?

–You aren’t sure what to say in your ad?

–You can’t seem to get good pics of your products?

–You have no idea how to select an audience for your ad? Or refine it?

–Can’t use the power editor?

–Not sure what a pixel is or why you’d need one?

–You have no idea how to check your ad performance and make changes as needed?

–You’ve never made a Facebook video and don’t know how

–You aren’t sure how to choose an offer and run it

If those are all things you aren’t ready to take on alone—the Loud Rumor University is a great place to get all that information and more.

The main takeaway in these courses is that all this business stuff isn’t as difficult as it looks.  We all have the power to realize our goals—and Facebook can be a key player in that.

Facebook Ads Can Be A Good Source Of Income, But Here Is Why Lead Gen Is Better (IMHO)

Let me first start off by saying that you can make some pretty good money running Facebook ads if you find the right business to work with.

Afterall if ads didn’t work, there wouldn’t be a market for it now would there?

There are a few problems I see with Facebook ads however, so let’s go over them.

  • Facebook ads are expensive as hell
  • 30-40% of your revenue you will have to plug right back in to your campaign.
  • You have to monitor your ad campaign all the time because of how the CPC fluctuates.
  • It is difficult to scale.
  • You are interrupting people during their social time (don’t be that annoying guy).
  • Running Facebook ads is super competitive.

One of the main issues is price. As more and more people begin to use Facebook ads, Facebook will increase the cost of them and that will cut into your profits.

Another issue I find is in regards to time. I’m all about having time to do what I want and I’m sure you are too if you’re wanting to do away with your 9-5.

With Facebook ads you will have to put just as much time into it because of monitoring the constant flux with CPC, if you aren’t monitoring you can quickly go into the red.

Everyone and their grandma knows how to run Facebook ads, this makes differentiation difficult and the services not as valuable.

When competition is that stiff you have to ask yourself, “is it even worth it?”.

Now let’s talk lead gen.

Lead generation is better in several aspects compared to Facebook ads, let’s start with time.

Whereas with Facebook ads you have to constantly monitor your ad campaigns, lead gen allows you massive free time because once you have the site built its done and you can move on while it works for you.

This lead gen took me 14 hours to build/rank and I’ve hardly touched it! How many Facebook ad campaigns do you know that could do that?

Another thing it does better is profit.

I mentioned that with Facebook ads it will eat up 30-40% of your revenue, with lead generation your profit margin is nearly 100% because after the site is up and ranked it requires very little money to keep it there.

This means that most of the monthly payment goes right to your pocket!

Lastly, I would just like to mention that how with lead generation we are not interrupting anybody, we are actually helping them.

With Facebook you are having to constantly interrupt their entertainment to try and sell them something. If you don’t like it, why would anyone else?

When people need certain services done around their home they usually go to google and type “house painters near me” or something like that. They are already sold on the service, they just need to choose someone.

We then decide to rank for buyer intent keywords to make sure we capture their business. Then it’s as simple as forwarding them off to a business in the area.
